Disputes as to constitution of University authorities and bodies
Goa University Act, 1984If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly elected or appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the "Chancellor" whose decision thereon shall be final. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Statutes, a person who hold any post in the University or is a member of any authority or body of the University in his capacity as member of a particular authority or body or as the holder of particular appointment shall hold such office or membership only for so long as he continues to be a member of that particular authority or body or the holder of that particular appointment, as the case may be.
