The Executive Council

(1) The Executive Council shall be the principal executive body of the University. (2) The constitution of the Executive Council, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be prescribed by the Statutes. (4) A copy of annual report as submitted to the "Chancellor" shall also be submitted to the Government, which shall, as soon as may be, cause the same to be laid before the Legislative Assembly. (1) The qualifications of recognised teachers shall be such as may be prescribed by the Ordinances. (2) The manner of recognizing teachers and withdrawal of such recognition shall be prescribed by the ordinances. (3) The period of recognition of a teacher shall be determined by the Ordinances.
