Filling up of Vacancies

Any vacancy arising in the office of a member of any authority or body of the University due to death, resignation or removal of a member or due to change of capacity in which he/she was appointed or nominated, shall be filled up as early as possible by the person or the body who had appointed or nominated such a member:
