Disqualification from membership of the authority

Statutory text
A person shall be disqualified from holding an office or being a member of any authority of the University, if that person:—
- (i) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;
- (ii) is an undischarged insolvent;
- (iii) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;
- (iv) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere;
- (v) has any profit motive from the University; and
- (vi) applies University fund for his personal use.
