Provident and Pension funds

The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such provident fund and pension fund or provide such insurance schemes as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed: Provided that the existing employees of Netaji Subhas University of Technology shall continue to be governed by the existing pension and Provident Fund schemes prevailing to their services in the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
