No person who is under sentence of expulsion
The Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya Act, 1956or rustication from another University, or from a college connected with another University shall be admitted to any course of study:
Provided that if the Upa Kulapati is satisfied that such expulsion or rustication was not due to an offence involving moral delinquency on the part of a student or class of students, the Karyakarini Samiti may, in exceptional cases, exempt a person from the operation of this paragraph.
ORDINANCE i No. 2 Admission of Students into Colleges.

Plz case of a University other than the ob Lela University of Saugor, University of Jabalpur or 7s Vikram University: ] £soadad TNs a As ts Pov paved fi Jia) a p38 3 Provided further that student or class of students exempted by the Karyakarini Samiti under the provision fo Paragraph 8 of Ordinance No. 1 may be exempted by the Karyakarini Samiti from pro- ducing the certificates or paying the immigration fee mentioned in the second provision: Provided further that no admission to Colleges shall be permitted under any circumstances after a preseribed date upto which the Principal of the College may be permitted by the Vishwavidyalaya to admit a student to join the college. The Principals of the colleges shall, within a weel of the said date, send to the Vishwavidyalaya a complete list of all students admitted to the Colleges for the session. % 2. During the first term of an academic year the Principal of the College may permit a student to change his optional subjects for the course or with ihe approval of the Upa Kulapati, to change the Madhyama Course in one Vidyanganikaya for the Madhyama Course in another Vidyanganikaya. 3. A student shall be enrolled as a member of a college as soon as he has been accepted hy the Principal and has paid the prescribed college fee. 4. (1) No student shall be allowed to migrate {rom one college to another without a leaving or transfer certificate in the form prescribed, 06 I. KS. V. CALENDAR
- (2) No student migrating —
- (i) from one college in the Vishwavidyalaya to another in the Vishwavidyalaya; and (ii) from one college in the Vishwavidyalaya to a teaching department in the Vishwavidya- laya or vice versa, shall be required to pay tuition fees for a month for which he has already paid tuition fees in the college or department from which he has migrated. i 5. If during an academic year a student desires to leave the college of which he has become a member and to join another college, he shall —
- (i) give notice of his intention to leave,
- (ii) make payment of all college fees due upto date, and
- (iii) refund whatever scholarship or bursary has | been paid to him from college funds. if required by the college to do so; | 6. When a student has made all payments requir- ed by Paragraph 5 of this Ordinance, the Principal shall grant a transfer certificate in the form preserib- { ed. 7. Except with the permission of the Principal of the college which the student is leaving, a student shall be refused admission into a college situated in the same city or district as the college from which his transfer certificate was issued.
