Amount of tax, etc. to be final.--

1. (1) The amount of every sum claimed from any person under the Act on account of tax or otherwise, shall, subject and decision in appeal or revision, if any, preferred under Section 172, be final.
2. (2) Effect shall be given by the Council to every decision in any appeal or revision against any such claim.
