Statutory text
(1) The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly. Exercised under sub-section (I) of section 44 read with section 39 to prescribe investigation authorities and officer rankings (e.g., District level officer definitions).
