4. The Opium (Madhya Bharat Amendment) Act, 1955 (15 of 1955) Throughout the Act, for "Madhya Bharat region" and "Rajpramukh of Madhya Bharat", wherever occurring, substitute "Madhya Pradesh" and "Governor of Madhya Pradesh" respectively. Section 9-H- For "shall be guilty" substitute "is again convicted".
