Amendment to Section 62

After clause (d) of sub-section (2), insert the following, namely :-- "(d-1) regulating the import, export, transport, collection, possession, supply, storage or sale of mahua flowers, prescribing licences and permit therefor, throughout the State or in any specified area or for any specified period." Section 1- For sub-section (2), substitute the following, namely :-- "(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh." Section 2.- In clause (a) and in the Explanation for "Mahakoshal region" wherever occurring substitute "Madhya Pradesh."
