Amendment to Section 59

For sub-section (1), substitute--"(1) All offences punishable under this Act shall be bailable within the meaning of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898)." Section 1.- For sub-section (2), substitute the following, namely :-- "(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh."
