Amendment to The Central Provinces and Berar Refugees Rehabilitation (Loans) Act, 1949

Section 1.- For sub-section (2) substitute the following, namely :-- "(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh." Section 2.- In clause (h), for "Mahakoshal region" substitute "Madhya Pradesh".
