Application for license

Application for license. –

1. (1) On or after the date of commencement of this Act, no person shall establish and / or operate any Wood Based Industry, except under the authority and subject to the conditions of a license granted in that behalf under this Act on an application made by such person;
2. (2) A license issued under the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990 shall be deemed to have been issued under this Act.
