  1. 1. Short title, extent and commencement

  3. 3. Indian Forest Act, 1927 (XVI of 1927), shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in that Act.

  16. 16. It shall be presumed, in respect of the stock of wood which is not accounted for satisfactorily, that the same has been obtained unlawfully and such stock shall be liable to confiscation.
