Property to vest in the Government in respect of which confiscation order passed Under section 18

1. (1) or 18
2. (3) or 18
3. (4) has reached its’ finality.-
4. (1) Where an order of confiscation of any property passed under sub-section
5. (1) or sub-section
6. (3) or sub-section
7. (4) of section 18 has become final in respect of the whole or any portion of such property, such property or the portion thereof, as the case may be, shall vest in the State Government free from all encumbrances.
8. (2) An order of confiscation under sub-section
9. (1) or sub-section
10. (3) or sub-section
11. (4) of section 18 shall not be deemed to bar on the imposition of any such other penalty to which the person from whom the property is seized is liable under this Act.
