Removal from membership of Council

**8. Removal from membership of Council.-** If, at any time, it appears to the Government that the Vice-Chairman or a nominated member has shown himself to be unsuitable for office or has been guilty of misconduct or neglect which renders his removal expedient, the Government may, after giving the Vice-Chairman or such nominated member, as the case may be, a reasonable opportunity of show cause, remove the Vice-Chairman or such nominated member, as the case may be, from the office.
