Disqualifications for membership of Council

Disqualifications for membership of Council.- A person shall be disqualified for being appointed as Vice-Chairman or for being nominated as a member of the Council, if-

1. (a) He is of unsound mind:
2. (b) He is an applicant to be adjudicated as insolvent or is an undercharged insolvent;
3. (c) He has been sentenced for any offence involving moral turpitude;
4. (d) He is working and paid officer or employee of the Council; or
5. (e) He incurs such other disqualification as may be prescribed by the Government;
