Establishment of Council for Higher Education.-
- (1) The government shall, by notification, constitute the Bihar State Higher Education Council under the provision of this Act.
- (2) The Council shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name,
- (3) the headquarter of the Council shall be located at Patna,
