Composition of Council.-
- (1) The Council shall consist of following members, namely:-
- (a) The Minister in-charge of Education/Higher Education, who shall be the Chairman, ex-officio;
- (b) The Vice-Chairman- Vice-Chairman must be an eminent academic administrator with proven record (Rank of a Professor). (
