Statutory text
- (i) This service shall be the state service under the administrative control of the Department of Art, Culture and Youth.
- (ii) The description of the different grades of this service is given in the Annexure-I.
- (iii) The state government may determine the work force, designation and pay scale of different grades of this service from time to time by issuing notification.
- (iv) The officers already appointed and working to the posts mentioned in the schedule shall be considered automatically as members of this service from the date of commencement of these rules.
