Repeal and saving

Statutory text
- (i) All concerned & relevant circulars/decisions shall be repeal on the date on which these rules comes in force.
- (ii) Beside such repeal anything done or any action taken under those rules, any work or action done under this rule shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of power conferred by or under those rules as if those rules were in force on the day on which such thing or action was done or taken.
