The service condition, salary, allowance, leaves, pension and other conditions of this service shall be fixed as per the Bihar Service Code and Bihar Pension Rules.

Other service conditions Other conditions and disciplinary actions, leave, admissible pension benefits, etc. for these service which are not covered by these rules or which are not notified separately for these services shall be governed by the provisions of the relevant rules for the offices of the state government.
