For the promotion to the highest pay scale, the Departmental Promotion Committee shall be chaired by the Chairman of the Bihar Public Service Commission or a member nominated by him.

Contract with regard to the scope of work

1. (i) Member of this service can be posted anywhere in the state of Bihar or outside it.
2. (ii) The government shall have power to appoint or depute any member of this service to any non-cadre post which would being accordance with his qualification.
