Social Security and Welfare Fund for Platform Based Gig Workers Social Security and Welfare Fund for Platform Based Gig Workers.- 1. The State Government shall establish the Bihar Platform Based Gig Workers Social Security and Welfare Fund for the benefit of registered workers, comprising: i. All amounts received from the Welfare Fund Fee levied under this Act; ii. Contributions made by individual workers towards any prescribed social security scheme; iii. Grants-in-aid from the State and Central Governments; iv. Amounts received under the Corporate Social Responsibility provisions of the Companies Act, 2013; v.
