Statutes

Subject to the provision of the Act, the statutes may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely; (a) the conditions under which the research in the University may be carried on; (b) the manner in which and the conditions under which the honorary degrees and other distinctions may be conferred; (c) the fixation, payment and receipt of fees and other charges;
