Overriding effect

Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Assam Hill Land and Ecological Sites (Protection and Management) Act, 2006, or any other Acts enacted by the State Legislature for the time being in force, the provisions of this Act shall have effect in the areas declared and notified under this Act.
