Statutory text

(1) The State Government shall host and maintain a GIS based public Web Portal wherein all the details of the notified Water Bodies shall be uploaded from time to time for wide publication and dissemination.
(2) The Web Portal shall be so designed to provide detailed information of the schemes or projects to be undertaken or proposed in the waterbody to enable active community participation and citizens’ engagement;
