Taking up Developmental Schemes

The Deputy Director or Assistant Director of concerned District Office of Town and Country Planning or any other Authority, in consultation with the District Commissioner and with prior approval of the Government, may take up project or scheme for better management, preservation and conservation of such water bodies which are so declared under the provisions of this Act.
