Inspection, Search and Certified copy

The Register of Marriages and Divorces mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 13 shall at all time, be open for inspection and shall be admissible as evidence of the statements contained therein and certified extracts therefrom shall, on an application, be given to any person, on payment of such fees as may be prescribed. Every such register shall be an evidence of the truth of the statements contained therein.
