Chapter XIII MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
Offences and penalties : Any teacher or employee who-
- (a) furnishes false, misleading, or suppressed information; or
- (b) contravenes any provision of this Act or the rules made thereunder, shall be liable to disciplinary action in accordance with the applicable service rules and such action shall be proportionate to the nature and gravity of the misconduct.
