Application of objective criteria for rationalisation : The same objective point-based system and weightage referred to in section 32 shall, so far as practicable, be applied for the purpose of rationalisation, redeployment, or adjustment of teachers, to ensure equitable distribution and optimal utilisation of manpower subject to institutional requirements and administrative exigency.
