Chancellor

(1) The Governor of uttarakhand shall be the chancellor of university and head of the University and the Chaiman of the council, and shall preside all the convocedon of Uulversity and sessions when present. (2) Every Proposal of confement of an honorary degree shall be subject to the colifirmation of cthancellor. (3) It shall be the chrty of the Vice Chancellor to furnish such information or records relating to the administration of the affairs of the University as the Chancellor may call for. (4) The Chancellor shall have such other powers as may be conferred on him by or under this Act or the Statutes.
