Any pason on being appointed the Vice-Chancellor, according to goverment order chal] take the chnge of post within the ten not exceedingonemonthfromthedateofreceivingappointmentorder. (11) During the pendency or in contemplation of any inquire referred to in subsection (8) the Chancellor may order that till furthier orders- (a) Such Vice Chancellor shall refrain from performing the funetious of the offce of Vice-Chancellor but shall continue to get the emoluments to which he was otherwise entitled. (b) The fimctions of the office of the Vice Chancellor shall be performed by the persona pecified in the order. Any pason on being appointed the Vice-Chancellor, according to goverment order shall take the chnge of post within the ten not exceeding one month from the date of receiving appointment order.
