Power of State Government to allot projects

The State Government may, if it thinks fit, execute a contract with any institution/person for the implementation and operation of any ropeway project within the State on the basis of public-private partnership in the State: Provided that the procedure for selection of any such institution and person shall be followed in accordance with the law in force.
