Protection of road, rail, tramways and waterways

The promoter of a ropeway shall not cause any permanent damage or interference or obstruction to any public road, railway, tramway or waterway, during the construction, repair, operation or management of such ropeway, except for temporary obstruction of traffic on any public road, railway, tramway or waterway, where necessary.
