Constitution and composition of District Council.

The District Council shall consist of 28 members who shall be elected on the basis of adult suffrage from territorial constituencies all of which shall be single member constituency: Provided that not less than three-fourths of the membership of territorial constituencies shall be reserved for Scheduled Tribes.
