Estimated receipts and expenditure pertaining to autonomous District.

Estimated receipts and expenditure pertaining to _an autonomous district ending on the 31st March of every year shall be first placed before the District Council for discussion and then after such discussion shall be transmitted to the Government by the 31st January of the year immediately preceding.
