Incorporation of District Council.

Statutory text
(1) There shall be a District Council for the Autonomous District which shall exercise powers and functions as specified in Chapter III of this Act. (2) The District Council shall be a body corporate by name of "the District Council (name of the District)" and shall have perpetual succession ana a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property and may by the said name sue and b~ sued.
