Securing possession of records etc.

77. (1) On the election of a new committee of a society or on the removal of the committee or any member thereof under section 74 or when the society is ordered to be wound up under section 105 the outgoing members of the committee and any paid servant or servants authorised by the committee in this behalf shall hand over charge of the records and properties of the society to the new committee or the administrators or the committee appointed under section 74 or the Liquidator as the case may be.
