Appointment of Manager, Secretary and other Officers

(1) The qualifications for the appointment of any whole-time employee such as general manager, manager, executive officer, secretary, accountant or any other officer or employee of a society and the conditions of service of such officers and employees shall be such as may, from time to time, be prescribed ; Provided that no qualification shall be prescribed in respect of part-time employees. (2) The Chief Executive Officer and the members of the committee of the State Co-operative Bank shall fulfil the criteria stipulated by the Reserve Bank for the time being in force and such person who, in the opinion of the Reserve Bank or in the opinion of the National Bank, does not fulfil the the criteria stipulated by the Reserve Bank shall be removed on advice of the Reserve Bank or of the National Bank.
