Insolvency of members

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920, or any corresponding law for the time being in force, the duties of a society from a member, in insolvency proceedings against him, shall rank in order of priority next to the dues payable by him to the Government or to a local authority.
