Section 72(5)

(5) Any penalty imposed under sub-section (5) of section 71 or under sub-section (2) of this section may be recovered in the manner provided in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, for the recovery of fins imposed by a magistrate as if such fine was imposed by the magistrate himself.
