Incorporation

Incorporation.

1. (1) The Chancellor and first Vice-Chancellor of the University and the first member of the board and of the Academic Council of the University and all the persons who may here after become such officers or members are, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, hereby shall be constituted a body corporate by the name of the University.
2. (2) The University shall have perpetual succession and common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
3. (3) The headquarters of the University shall be located at Tehsil Patan in District Durg.
