Provided that such post which in the sanctioned set-up of Mahatma Gandhi Udyanikee Avam Vanikee Vishwavidyalaya are to be filled on deputation shall be filled by the State Government.

Co-ordination Council Co-ordination Council. — There shall be a council for Co-ordinating the activities of the Horticulture Universities in the State. The council shall be constituted by an order of the State Government and shall comprise of the following:

1. (1) Minister of Agriculture : Chairman
2. (2) Vice-Chancellors of the Horticulture Universities: Members
3. (3) Registrars of the respective Universities : Members.
4. (4) Directors of the respective Universities : Members.
5. (5) Comptrollers of the respective Universities : Members.
6. (6) Secretary to Government of Chhattisgarh in the-
   • (i) Department of Agriculture / Horticulture,
   • (ii) Department of Animal Husbandry and Veternary Services,
   • (iii) Department of Fisheries,
   • (iv) Department of Ayacut,
   • (v) Department of Finance,
   • (vi) Department of Forest,
   • (vii) Department of Tribal Welfare,
   • (viii) Department of Irrigation,
   • (ix) A representative of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research to be nominated by the Director General.
