Powers of Finance Committee.

The Finance Committee shall have the following powers, namely:-

1. (i) to examine the annual accounts of the Institute and advise Executive Board thereon;
2. (ii) to examine the annual budget estimates and advise the Executive Board thereon;
3. (iii) to review the financial position of the Institute from time to time;
4. (iv) to make recommendations to the Executive Board on all financial matters relating to the Institute;
5. (v) to make recommendations to the Executive Board on all proposals involving raising of funds, receipts and expenditure;
6. (vi) to make recommendation on all proposals involving expenditure for which no provision has been made in the budget, or which involve expenditure in excess of the amount provided in the budget.
