Statutory text
  1. (1) The Governing Council shall meet atleast twice in a calendar year.
  2. (2) The President may convene a meeting of the Governing Council as and when necessary.
  3. (3) An emergency meeting of the Governing Council may be convened by the President on the request of the Director on a requisition signed by not less than eight members of the Governing Council and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Regulations.
