Chapter V GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Statutory text
- (1) The Government, by notification shall appoint an officer in the cadre of Deputy Commissioner or equivalent rank or cadre as an Appellate Authority.
- (2) Any person aggrieved by the orders of the Grievance Redressal Officer under sub-section
- (4) of section 22, may prefer an appeal to such Appellate Authority appointed under sub-section (1), within ninety
- (90) days from the date of order
- (3) The Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal in accordance with such procedure as may be prescribed.
