Chapter VII REPORTING AND MONITORING

The aggregator / platform shall submit annual returns to the Board electronically in such form as may be prescribed.

1. (1) The Board shall submit to the Government an annual report of its work and activities and the budget finally adopted by the Board.
2. (2) The Government shall cause a copy of the annual report, budget and the audited accounts together with the report of the Accountant-General and the comments of the Board thereon to be laid before each House of the State legislature.

The Government may appoint officers with such designations as it may deem fit, to function under the general superintendence and control of the Board in such manner as may be prescribed, for effective enforcement of the provisions of this Act, and the rules made thereunder.
