Chapter VI MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
- (1) State Government shall, by notification, constitute a State Level Monitoring Body consisting of such number of members as may be prescribed to closely monitor the implementation of the provisions of this Act in order to lessen the hardship to the sick and old dependent parents.
- (2) The Body so constituted shall also keep in mind and strive to widen the impact of the Act to reinforce the basic morality and family values among the employees and thereby, advance the influence of such values in the society at large, beyond the employee as defined in section 2(f).
