Chapter III RIGHT TO APPEAL AND DISPOSAL BY SENIOR CITIZENS COMMISSION

Upon receipt of an appeal from an aggrieved dependent parent, the Senior Citizens Commission shall dispose of the appeal within a period not exceeding sixty
- (60) days from the date of receipt of such appeal.
